Lean Six Sigma Principles

Our Lean Six Sigma practitioners are certified by the Council on Six Sigma Certification. We use our Six Sigma knowledge and skills to ground our strategic and change management consulting.  It guides how we use data to improve customer performance.

Lean Six Sigma methods emphasize stakeholder inclusion. Echota solutions emphasize performance improvement designs which involve customers' internal stakeholders in conception and execution.  We include our customers in our agile project mangement process to promote stakeholder understanding and confidence in the outcomes.  We then deliver highly tailored analysis responsive to customer requirements.  Our reporting has specific change recommendations and performance measures geared to the stakeholders who will action the results.  It often includes data-driven dashboards, scorecards, and visual reporting which continuously update customers on their performance.  

Lean Six Sigma performance improvement designs are intended to be continously implemented.  We often train stakeholders to understand, maintain, and action the business intelligence and predictive analytics systems we collaboratively design or refine. This enables our customers to independently use the results to improve the performance and effectiveness of their operations into the future.
